smilin  allie  the  average  gator  has    about 70 - 80 teeth... not  really  sharp. ... whenever  a tooth  breaks   a  new  one  grows  to  take  its  place. ... during  a  gator's  lifetime, it  is  estimated  that it  will go  through  2,000 - 3,000 teeth. ... just  imagine  how great  that  would  be  for  people ... unless  you  are  involved in  dental  care.
