all that remains of the pier behind the former Captain's Table Restaurant ... during the 80's the restaurant changed ownership and names several times. before closing it was last known as ' the Rusty Rim ' … back in the late 70's when it was still known as Captain's Table it was possible to sit out on the pier and watch the sun set, while enjoying a cold drink and ' heart of palm salad '
